POLICIES and PROCEDURES:
1. A $ 100 deposit
is due at time of booking and will be subtracted from your final bill.
The deposit is non-refundable.
2. Our policy is to charge only for the amount of people that actually
attend your banquet, within a predetermined number. When booking your
party an approximate number of guests will be given. One week in advance
of your party, a final guest count will be given. You will have a 10%
leeway to this final count, ie.e. if your final count is 50 and only 47
attend, you pay only for 47 guests. If 42 attend then you will be billed
for your minium of 45 guests. We offer this money saving convenience because
we understand that situations arise and someone may not be able to attend.
WE DO NOT PACK FOOD TO GO.
3. You are welcome
to bring your own cake. We will glady cut and serve your cake at no extra
cost. You may want to purchase decorative plates and/or napkins to compliment
your party. We recommend Genuine Cakes on Rt. 380 (412-798-2253) or Oakmont
Bakery (412-826-1606)
